Cafe Sbisa is the third oldest restaurant in the French Quarter; it’s over 100 years old. But they haven’t always featured the same menu as other old restaurants in the city have. Cafe Sbisa has gone through a variety of personalities, but now they’re ready to attain their classic New Orleans title with a new menu of old city favorites, and it’s been remodeled to feel like a genteel New Orleans home. They’ve even got old New Orleans and Cajun cookbooks on the wall and antique flatware in the China cabinet. Be sure to look out for changes in the future too with brunch, lunch, and dinner services as well as a happy hour and small plates for the young generations.
